Hi! Today I would like to share with you another Kbeauty haul from a shop call Stylekorean. They are a online shop that offers wide range of korean beauty products.
They have offer brands like Missha, Innisfree, Etude House and Dr. Jart and many more! I also noticed that they sell albums of famous korean groups. It's basically an all in one shop for all korean goodies. They offer ALOT of brands but only thing is that they don't carry all of the products from that particular brand but still, you get a wide array of products.

Here is an overview of the things I got. I bought products from Etude house, Cosrx, A'pieu, Nature Republic, Innisfree, Benton, Peripera, Heimish.

Look at the samples they included! wowow I also love the pouch that comes with the samples.

First thing is the Etude House Secret Beam Highlighter ($10.09)

I got mine in the shade "Gold beige". I got this because I needed a good highlighter +  it had 10 reviews and most said that it was good. It looked more goldish in the photo but It's much paler in real life.

Here's what it looks like swatched. It's a bit powdery and chalky/chunky. Not really shiny more of glittery. It's not really gold in real life, yellowish iridescent color. It looks decent in medium skin tone but can look yellow because it's a bit pale haha. This probably would look better on a paler skin tones. A bit disappointed but workable

Rating: ♡ ♡ ♥ ♥ ♥ / 3.5 over 5

A'pieu Airfit Cushion Blusher ($6.5)

I really like blusher but It can look unnatural and powdery so I got this cushion blusher to try out. I got the shade #CR02 and it's a pretty peach color.  The product comes in a standard cushion packaging but it's much smaller. I'm surprised by how soaked the sponge is with product so you got to be careful because it might dispense a lot more than you need.

The consistency is very light and it's very easy to blend. It's pigmented but not overly pigmented where you can't blend it properly. You only need a tiny bit of product. A little goes a long way.

It blends well if you use it on top of your foundation but just be careful with the applicator it comes with because it removes/moves my foundation when I use it, better to use your own sponger or brush.

Left - Unblended ; Right - Blended

Overall I'm really happy with this product. It looks natural and it's easy to use, very affordable and comes with a lot of product.

Rating:  ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ / 5 over 5

Next is 2 brow products from Innisfree and Heimish.

Innisfree Auto Eyebrow Pencil ($2.74)

I wasn't really expecting much from this because it's so cheap but I was SHOOK. I hate doing my eyebrows because I suck at it but this pencil is so easy to use!!

It has the perfect consistency, not too waxy and not too stiff. The shape of it is wonderful, it makes precise lines and natural looking brow hairs. I really recommend this if you have a hard time doing brows and you're looking for an affordable brow pencil.

Rating:  ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ / 5 over 5

Heimish Dailism Browcara ($9.24)

The other brow product I got is by Heimish. This is my first time trying a product from this brand and so far so good! This brow mascara does the job great. It sets my brows without making it too stiff, the formula is thick but not chunky. I got the shade Dark Brown but it's a bit too light. but other than that it's great. I just wish that they have a black color.

Left - Innisfree auto eyebrow pencil in the shade #2 Black and Heimish Browcara - Dark brown

Rating: ♡ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ / 4 over 5

Peripera Ink Velvet ($8.33)

And of course I had to to get the ever so famous Peripera Ink Velvet. Now I had a hard time with the shades because from the color guide they had because it appeared that shade #7 is darker than #6 but from the swatches I saw online, it was the other way around.

I ended up getting the shade #6 which is celeb deep rose.

From the swatches I saw, I was expecting it to be a MLBB (My lips but better) dried roseish shade but boy I was wrong. As you can see from my swatch, it's more of a red color with a hint of orange which is FAR from the swatches you see online. I was very disappointed with the color but the product itself is not bad.

It feels very smooth on the lips and it doesn't really dry down. It's not transfer proof but it's a velvet tint so it makes sense. It leaves a pink tint that lasts quite long.

Rating: ♡ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ / 4 over 5

These are the skin care items I got from Stylekorean

First is the Cosrx Salicylic Acid Cleanser ($8.9)

If you've seen my kbeauty collective review post, I reviewed there the Cosrx good morning cleanser. I was looking for another cleanser that is a bit heavier (cleaning wise) and is suited for my acne prone skin so I decided to try this Cosrx salicylic acid cleanser .

I've been trying this out for almost a month now and I must say, I like this better than the good morning cleanser. The Cosrx good morning cleanser is nice too but it can be a bit drying. The cosrx salicylic cleanser is much much foamier but super gentle and not drying at all! Surprisingly, the cosrx good morning cleanser is more drying than this one.

I love how foamy this cleanser is and you only need a pea size amount because a little goes a long way. I use it at night after I remove my makeup because I feel like it gets all the gunk and unwanted oil off my face.

Acne wise, I find it pretty soothing. I don't see a massive difference with my pimples but I noticed that I don't get as many breakouts like before.

Overall, I really really love this cleanser! I definitely recommend this

Rating:  ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ / 5 over 5

Next up is the Benton Honest TT Mist ($9)

Now I got this because I noticed that my face gets dry at times and I want something refreshing for my skin when I have makeup on and this is the perfect solution!

I love mists and this one is so handy because it's compact and you can just put it inside your bag or purse and carry it with you. The main ingredient is tea tree which is great for soothing and acne prone skin.

I just mist my face every time It feels tight/dry and this does the job perfectly. Only downside is the mist of it is not fine so It doesn't cover your face evenly with mist and It's also quite pricey because you don't get much product but other than that it's great.

Hi! Today I'm going to be reviewing W.lab products ♡ W.lab is a korean brand that focuses on using prime ingredients, such as plant extracts instead of purified water. I got the following products from hicharis, they offer free shipping for the following products and they also ship worldwide. I'm very impressed with hicharis, shipping only takes 10 days and they deliver your products door to door (Free from tax, tariffs etc).

The first product is the W.lab white holic quick whitening cream. This claims to improve your skintone in 1 second, give you moist and soft skin, antiaging and of course whiten it. I'm not really a fan of skin whitening stuffs but this product looks like a good moisturizer. It contains rice bran extract which claims to be hydrating and give whitening effect.

The consistency is liquidy and It feels very light. The product sinks in your skin quite fast and there is a faint pleasant smell. It's very hydrating actually perfect for those who have dry skin.
Left side is bare face, without any product and right photo is when
the product is applied.

As you can see from the photo, it did really whiten my skin. It almost look like I put sun screen on lol. It did what its suppose to do and all in all a great product but it's just not for me since I have medium-tan skin and it just looks like I have baby powder on my face.

I gave it to my mom and she seems to enjoy it. It gives her a youthful appearance in minutes. It's just personal preference I guess.

Next product is the W.lab W-snow cc cushion. For me, a cc cushion/cream is a light weight tint that mostly contains skincare ingredients. This cc cushion is a good example, it contains 41% green tea water and over 20 natural ingredients that claims to give you flawless skin and glowing skin. The W.lab W-snow cc cushion also has whitening, wrinkle care, UV protection properties.

I have oily/Acne prone with lots of hyperpigmention so I'm not really fond of cc creams since they are mostly natural looking and very dewy.

I got the darkest shade which is 23 and it's so light ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ the tone is also off (it has pink/grayish undertone which doesn't fit my yellow toned medium skin). One of my main problems with korean base products is that they always don't match me ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ And I'm not even that tan (Nc 30).

Left side is bare face with the White holic cream and Right photo
is with the cc cushion on.

The product gave me a light coverage with very a luminous finish. The coverage is buildable to a light medium coverage. It was had a tacky feeling but It does set quite nicely with a powder.

Overall, It's a good product but not just for me because of my skin type. I also gave this to my mom and she likes it way better than I do. It's a wonderful product if you're looking for something quick and not too heavy on the skin.

Lastly is the W.Lab sebum out peel off pack. This product claims to clean pores, get rid of micro sebum and remove dead skin cell. One of it's main ingredients is Charcoal powder and also Jeju volcanic Scoria.

This product has a liquidy consistency and spreads nicely. It gives a minty feeling when first applied and gives a very tight feeling when it dries down. It was promising because It sticked well to my skin and was kinda painful to remove (Tolerable) but It didn't really get much gunk out. It removed dead skin cells but not alot of black heads which is my main concern. It did made my skin feel soft and smooth afterwards.

For the price, I think there are better peel off packs out there that gets gunk out really well but It may be good if you're just looking for a light peel off pack or If you have sensitive skin.

That's it for my review! Sorry if it's long oops. I hope you found it helpful ♡

You can get all of the products I reviewed today at Hicharis! Link is down below ♡

Hi! I would like to share with you guys my empties this summer. It takes me awhile to empty a product since I'm constantly trying new things (#bloggerproblems lmao)

First thing is this Tea Tree BHA blemish control serum from Nuelli

I tried this out around February and finished it by May and I really liked it! The consistency is very runny/waterish so it absorbs on your skin quite fast. I used this in combination with my adapalene and they worked great together! It didn't completely cleared my skin but it toned my break outs out. Out of all the serums Neulli has, I like this one the most!

You can get this at:

roseroseshop

Second product is this Eden's Paradise Baby Pores Powder Emulsion

I really like this product! I use it as a primer and it works great It instantly mattifies my skin and smoothens my skin texture. It has spf 50 and sebum control properties which is amazing. It's a primer/sunscreen in one. This is free from parabens and is FDA approved. Only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't control your oils that well. I have oily skin and still get shiny throughout the day even when I use this but it does a great job pores wise. I also don't like the packaging of this since it's unhygienic but I'm pretty sure they changed it to a pump bottle. Hooray!

This product is also a cream to powder type of thing. It makes makeup application so much easier. I think this may be a dupe to the Benefit porefessional.

You can get this at:

www.edens-paradise.com

Next up is the Aloederma Acne prevention toner. They sent me this awhile back and I was pretty excited since the Aloederma skincare line has lots of positive reviews on Beautymnl. The product comes in a heavy glass bottle packaging which feels fancy and contains 100 ml of product. Aloederma skincare line is infused with aloe vera (pretty obvious) which well known for soothing the skin. This toner claims so soothe and repair skin, tighten pores and reduce acne and acne scarring.

First of all, the product is very gentle. It doesn't have any scent to it whatsoever but I was expecting more. It did not clear up my skin nor did it reduce my hyper pigmentation. It's good in all but It didn't do much. My brother used it as well and it seemed to heal acne but didn't really prevent it.

You can get this at:

Aloederma.ph
Beautymnl

Next up is another Aloederma product. This one is the Acne removing deep cleanser. I liked this one better than the toner. It's a gel type cleanser that doesn't really foam up but foams enough to satisfy you. This cleanser is very gentle and it makes your skin sooooo soft. This doesn't dry out my skin and give it a tight feeling like other cleansers do. It soothes my skin well but doesn't really clear up acne. It's a great morning cleanser or when I'm just home all day. It doesn't really remove makeup so you might wanna use a heavier cleanser for that. This reminds me of cetaphil but better. All in all this is a good cleanser. I definitely recommend it if you have sensitive skin with mild acne.

You can get this at:

Aloederma.ph
Beautymnl

And lastly is the Covergirl outlast stay fabulous 3 in 1 foundation in the shade 342. This is one of my most favorite foundations ever!! I got this over a year ago and I fell inlove! It has a medium/buildable coverage and it controls my oil so well! I have oily skin and this foundation is great in controlling it. I usually oil up around 2-3 hours of wear time but with this foundation it holds my oil up for 4-5 hours. I also loveeeee the finish of this. It looks so natural. I make sure to moisturize first thou since it clings to dry patches but other than that it's good!! It's just expensive here lol I got it on sale at zalora but it's usually around 800 php.

You can get it this at:

Zalora

Hello! Today, I'll be reviewing some of the products I hauled from my last post.

First thing I will reviewing is the Egg white Pore Mask by skinfood ($10.61). It comes in a jar packaging like most skinfood masks do. It doesn't come with a spatula so that is kinda unsanitary.

"SKINFOOD's Egg White Pore Mask is a pore-refining cleanser with egg white extract that penetrates deeply into pores to remove pore-clogging oil."

It claims to be a deep cleansing product that will unclog pores. Congested pore Is one of my main issues with my skin so I had high expectations.

The product itself is very creamy and thick. A little bit goes a long way and It smells very fresh. My brother has mild blackheads so I used him as a test subject (lol).

I'm using my little brother as a model so please be nice.

Here is the product freshly applied. I only used about a pea sized amount and it spread quite nicely.

And after 20 mins I made him wash it off and here's the result. Honestly I was expecting a little but more, you can still see the black heads and the texture is still bumpy. I got the same exact result when I used it on myself which is slightly disappointing. It did made my face feel soft like most of face masks do.

It doesn't really serve its main purpose which is to unclog and clear pores. I'll still keep on using it and hopefully it reduces the look of blackheads from multiple use

Pros:

  • Affordable
  • Softens Skin
  • Non-drying
  • Mild scent
  • Non-greasy
Cons:
  • Doesn't really do what it's supposed to do

The next product I'm going to be reviewing is the Cosrx Low Ph Good Morning cleanser ($8.80). This product is highly raved in the Kbeauty community and a holy grail of many people.

I admit, I never really cared about my cleanser's "pH" before. I just used any soap that claims to dry acne and I'll always end up with a very tight/dry face after (I even thought it was a good thing because dry face = acne will dry faster).

Here is a summary of what pH is:
pH which stands for “potential hydrogen” is a measure of how acidic or basic a water-based solution is. The scale ranges from 0 to 14, with 0 referring to a highly acidic substance, 7 a neutral substance, and 14 a highly basic or alkaline substance.
The acid mantle is our skin’s outermost protective layering. It’s a film of skin oils and acids that serves as a natural barrier between the deeper layers of our skin and the bacteria that we come across in our day to day lives. For the longest time, I used to associate the term acidic with a negative connotation. The truth, I’ve discovered, is that the low pH of the acid mantle creates an environment that is inhospitable to infection-causing pathogens and acne-causing bacteria. In short, pH-balanced skin is clear, clean, healthy skin!
(From projectvanity's blog post. Read the whole post Here)

The cosrx cleanser has a pH of 5.5 and 6.5 when foamed.

Comes in a very simple packaging.

I went ahead and tested if it will remove makeup and it surprisingly did! For someone who wears minimal makeup, this cleanser does the job.

It's a gel type cleanser and it lathers nicely, not very foamy but enough to satisfy you ;).

I've been using this cleanser for a couple of weeks now and I must say, It's pretty good for $8.80. It leaves my face clean but a little bit dry. It's supposedly good for all skin types but I see reviews that it's too drying for some. I guess it's just case to case basis since some people with dry skin also loves this.

I don't feel like it dries up my acne thou but it contains tea tree so I feel like it somehow helps.

Overall I say this is a good buy. It's a gentle cleanser that does the job and is not harmful for your skin because of it's Low pH. I definitely recommend it if you want to try a  Low pH cleanser and have oily skin.

Pros:
  • Affordable
  • Comes with a lot of product
  • Gentle
  • Removes minimal makeup well
  • Leaves skin soft
  • Has skin loving ingredients

Cons:
  • Slightly drying
  • Weird smell (tea tree)

http://m.jolse.com/product/detail.html?product_no=6250&cate_no=25&display_group=1

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Last but not least is the Cosrx AHA/BHA toner. ($12.80)

I decided to try this one from cosrx since the bha I was using ran out. I've watched multiple reviews and it said that it's very gentle and is good for mildly exfoliating the skin.

I like that It comes in a spray type dispenser because the product is easier to dispense and it's sanitary.

I use it after I cleanse with my low ph cleanser and overall the product is gentle. I've read that this cleanser balances your pH that means other products you put on top will absorbs better?

I have acne prone skin and I don't think it irritates it but I don't think it helps to dry it as well. I will let you guys know if it helps my hyperpigmentation since I have a lot of that.

Pros:
  • Sanitary packaging
  • Gentle
  • Provides mild exfoliation
Cons:

  • Non yet
