The product comes in a really cute packaging and each nose patch is individually packaged. One box contains 10 nose strips and it says that it contains Volcanic ash and charcoal that claims to extract and cleanse blocked pores and removes Blackheads clearly. 

1. After washing face, dry hands and open packet and peel the strip off from the plastic liner (making sure that it is free of any cream, lotions or makeup.

2. Wet nose with water sufficiently and then apply the strip to moistened nose area with with the shiny side facing your skin. (If nose is not wet enough, the strip may not stick or may not be effective)

3. Let strip dry for 10 to 15 mins. After the strip is dried, slowly and carefully peel of the strip starting at edges, pulling toward center. If there is any residue, rinse off with water.

So I waited for 15 mins till the nose strip was dry and I gently peeled it off and I was surprised by how much gunk it pulled out  It was very satisfying and gross at the same time.
